The beds were great and the walk-in rain shower, lined in marble, was fantastic. The staff was very nice and attentive, always asking if I needed assistance. The bartender was incredibly friendly, even when dealing with difficult guests. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.

During my business trip, I was impressed by the beautiful facility and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the fact that the hotel had various activities to offer under normal circumstances was a great advantage.

There were a few issues that I encountered during my stay. the check-in process was efficient but the male attendant lacked any sort of personality.

The drive up to the facility is beautiful. Check-in is seamless. The decor and Christmas trees set a nice mood. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beautiful art in the hallways. Italian restaurant serves amazing food.
