Great stay for a quick trip

Super spacious and clean rooms! Check-in was smooth and fast, and I loved the comfy couch. Breakfast was tasty, though I wish there were more egg options. a nice place for a short getaway.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the accommodating front desk staff who allowed us to swim despite our late arrival. The hotel is currently undergoing updates, which will make it even more beautiful. The whirlpool tub was clean and relaxing, and we enjoyed the patio for breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at Grandstay Residential Suites Hotel for my daughter's wedding and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities like a fridge for my frozen products. The bed was so cozy, and I slept like a dream. The bath products were amazing and made for a relaxing shower. The staff at the front desk were accommodating and even let us swim late at night for our flower girl. The beautiful garden views from our spacious accessible room were a bonus. The staff were friendly and competent, and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated their exceptional service in mailing back my forgotten nightgown.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was central to everything and close to shopping areas and restaurants. The room was very spacious and well equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a kitchen with cookware and utensils. The staff accommodated our request for a room with ironing facilities and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The leisure facilities were great too, with a lovely indoor swimming pool and a sun terrace with garden furniture.
