Our family getaway at Tru Hilton was fantastic! the rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was a major highlight. We adored the complimentary body wash with its delightful scent and the strong, hot water pressure. the breakfast was top-notch, and the on-site gaming activity was a hit with everyone. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Tru Hilton and highly recommend it to all.

Breakfast selection could be more varied.

The room was super comfy and spacious, with a great TV offering Netflix and other streaming apps. the breakfast was a winner with a fun pancake machine and a variety of options like oatmeal, eggs, and sausage. the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for my Christmas travels, close to key areas. I also appreciated the hand lotion and soap provided in large connected bottles; very convenient!

On the downside, there were some cleanliness issues, like finding hair on a towel that wasn't ours and an empty shampoo bottle. the maid service seemed a bit off, knocking repeatedly even after requesting a late check-out, which was a bit frustrating.

At my go-to spot, staff kindly guided me when I was lost. It fits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, indoor pool, and fitness center. Returning for a work trip is always a comfort at this spot.

My room lacked a closet, a minor inconvenience for my belongings. However, the indoor pool and family-friendly amenities truly made my stay enjoyable. the breakfast variety was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great stay.
