The 24-hour beverages in the lobby added a nice touch to my stay, making it feel extra welcoming.

That picnic area near my room was unbearable, what a nuisance!!! Plus, the bathroom door could really use some minor repairs. And don’t get me started on the ice machines being frozen up!!! So frustrating!!!

Had such a spacious and spotlessly clean room with a charming view of the mountains. Perfect spot for visiting Mingo Falls, and tasty dinner options were literally across the street. Slept like a baby on that comfy bed!

But good heavens, my neighbors were like a raucous party in a 3-ring circus! The walls could use some soundproofing. I didn't know it was a karaoke night!

It was just a commendable fit for a swift stopover in Cherokee with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the coffee available at any time. Consider bringing your own toiletries if you prefer more than basic soap.

We had some trouble with our room at first. they gave us double beds instead of the king we reserved. But the location was great, super soft bed, and clean room for sure. The mountain views were gorgeous this fall.

i had the misfortune of encountering a family that monopolized the pool for hours, completely ignoring other guests. the fact that our room keys never worked consistently was just icing on the cake. after such poor service, i expected a complimentary gesture, but instead received nothing. almost penned a good review, but alas, just couldn’t.

we enjoyed the beautiful fall decorations and found the picnic area great for relaxing. the staff was welcoming and the outdoor pool was a hit on sunny days! great accessibility to local attractions made exploring easy.

Whether it was lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool or grilling on the BBQ facilities, there were plenty of ways to relax. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t kill our vibe! 😊
