I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to walk to all of our destinations. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The bar served delicious meals and cocktails in the evening, and the bed was so comfortable that we had a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent, with all the food tasting perfect.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel's location was really convenient to everything in the area - just a short walk away from tons of cool shops and restaurants right in the heart of the city. The room was nice and clean, with a decent view out the window. The breakfast was adequate and generally prompt.

Though, the staff was a bit underwhelming, and it seemed that they were understaffed.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The closet in our room was quite small, making it difficult to store and organize our belongings.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at this hotel was remarkable! They were welcoming, courteous, and offered me a complimentary glass of champagne. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a fantastic bathroom. The LED lights in the mirror and the "Magnificent Magnifying Makeup Mirror" were a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff and housekeeping were attentive to every need, making me feel like they were genuinely glad I was staying there. Bravo Ritz-Carlton for making my 40th the best ever!

This hotel exceeded our expectations with exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the room was spacious and decorated with luxurious furnishings, a well-stocked minibar, and in-room breakfast. the fitness center had all the equipment we needed, and the sauna was a perfect way to relax after a long day. the restaurant had an extensive list of special diet menus.

The only minor issue was that there was no live entertainment or bar/lounge area. the hotel is located in a prime spot close to entertainment venues and excellent restaurants.
