Great access to shopping and fun attractions nearby

I absolutely loved how everything was just a short stroll away, with a grocery store and multiple restaurants including a great brewery only a few steps from the hotel, and attractions like the Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride and Alcatraz East Crime Museum less than 2 km away, making it super easy to explore the area while enjoying the convenience of my clean and comfortable room; however, I wish the hotel offered more variety in its breakfast options.

The location is convenient and the pool area is decent for kids. Our room had a musty smell and the bathroom cleanliness was questionable.

I was really disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom was a disaster with unkempt hair in the shower and dirty floors.

The room had a great bed with comfortable linens. The spa tub was a nice feature, but some jets didn’t work. While the layout was appealing, there was noticeable dust and a few cleanliness issues, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, leading to some humidity. The towels were good and in decent shape. The noise level was acceptable, and the location was convenient for nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleaning crew could pay more attention to details for an even more enjoyable stay.

I had an absolute blast soaking in the heated indoor pool, especially after a long day exploring! The rooms were spacious and super comfy, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. Plus, the daily room service kept everything fresh and tidy—talk about stress-free relaxation!

Great pool and clean rooms, but Wi-Fi was slow at times.

Watching fireworks from our balcony was a highlight, especially since our friends had their child with them—much more relaxing than braving the crowd. The indoor pool and spa were nice, though the spa could’ve been warmer. Staff were friendly, but we had a frustrating wait for towels. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a great shower, but the noise from above was bothersome, waking us up regularly. Breakfast needed improvement, and that shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. Still, the location and amenities made for a decent stay. Coffee available all the time was a plus!

Room 416 was super clean and had a great balcony view for fireworks. Loved the kitchen with microwave and fridge. Check-in was easy, and breakfast had good options. Pools were clean. The fitness center and hot tub were nice, too. Close to restaurants and shops, plus a short drive to Dollywood.

Prime location. Excellent amenities. The indoor and outdoor pools were pleasantly warm, with the outdoor open until 11 PM. The facility exuded a fresh scent, and I appreciated the constant supply of coffee. The game room was a fun bonus, and housekeeping ensured cleanliness throughout my stay. the breakfast offered lacked consistency. Microwaving items like biscuits and French toast sticks is underwhelming. A toaster oven would elevate the experience. chlorine levels in the indoor pool could be adjusted; it was overpowering. Though our room was spacious, minor maintenance issues—such as a bathtub drainage problem and a non-functioning refrigerator—needed attention. With some updates, this place has great potential. Highly recommend for a stay.
