The views from Park Grove Inn were absolutely breathtaking. I could see the majestic mountains and the vibrant strip from my room, creating an enchanting city view and a stunning mountain view. The pool view was also delightful, providing a relaxing backdrop for our leisure time. The hot continental breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a great start to our day of exploration. The children's pool was a hit with my family, and the attentive customer service made our stay extra comfortable. the memorable experiences and thoughtful touches made this visit truly remarkable.

The only drawback was the minor inconvenience of a leak in the room during a storm, and unfortunately, the front desk was unresponsive to our request for assistance.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location near Kroger make Park Grove Inn an excellent choice for a stay.

The best thing about the arcade is that it's hassle-free for parents - no need to keep track of tokens or tickets. Plus, the location is great, just a block from the Parkway and a short walk from The Island, offering easy access to many attractions and activities in Pigeon Forge.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more interactive activities for kids to enjoy during their stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Pigeon Forge area and had a fantastic experience at Park Grove Inn. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a great view from the balcony. We loved the convenience of having a mini fridge in both rooms, especially for the kids. The staff was super friendly, and we were impressed with the variety and availability of towels, including pool towels that we could get from the front. The indoor pool, open until 2am, was a hit with our older kids. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

This hotel is located in a perfect spot, right in the middle of everything but tucked back. You can easily get to everything in the area within a few minutes. The rooms with a nice balcony offer a great view of the Smokey Mountains, and having a jacuzzi tub is a nice touch. The breakfast included many options such as waffles.

The Island is a fantastic spot with amazing food and shopping options, thrilling attractions, and a stunning Ferris Wheel. It's definitely worth a visit.

Oh, and just loved the musky odors, the chlorine-smelling pool, the moldy bathroom, and the rock-hard beds at the hotel. Such a delight.
