Indulging in home-made sweets here was a delight! The delicious dishes at the on-site restaurant truly transported me to Italy, complete with a cozy ambiance. The exceptional manager at the restaurant added charm to our evening.

A cheeky hiccup when I asked for a crib for our little one—despite being told it would arrive, it never did! Still, the rest of the stay sparkled with the joy of culinary exploration and the classy vibe of the hotel.

Location near the riverwalk is lovely. The breakfast at Augustino's was excellent with remarkable customer service. The omelet chef was particularly friendly and engaging, which made the experience enjoyable for the kids. The hot tub was a welcome feature after a long day of activities. It was nice not having to drive for meals with plenty of options nearby.

Had a bit of a comedy show with the room switch—just not the kind I signed up for! Let’s say the room saga was the highlight of my stay.

Great location near entertainment and dining.

I encountered multiple issues during my stay that left me incredibly frustrated. First, the staff at the front desk seemed poorly trained, leading to a mix-up regarding the availability of a rollaway bed, which I found out about only after hours of waiting. To top it off, I had to pay $20 per person for breakfast that should have been included, making me feel misled and cheated. The lack of basic services like decent Wi-Fi and proper room cleanliness further compounded my anger.

Our stay at the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center was overall enjoyable, thanks to the luxurious environment. The spacious room had a comfy seating area to unwind after a busy day, reminiscent of curling up in a cozy nook with a good book. The on-site Augustino's Italian Eatery served delightfully appealing dishes, which made it feel as if we were dining in a quaint restaurant in Italy, knees up and all.

Ja, no, lekker spot right by the river, perfect for our walk to restaurants after the event. The staff were friendly, and we really enjoyed our comfy room without any hassles.

Had a bit of a worry with the bathroom set-up, not the best for families. felt a little off, especially for my niece. But overall, a great stay!
