I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in shower. The hotel facilities were great, including a nice pool and a restaurant and bar on the premises. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and stores and in a very safe area. Additionally, there was plenty of well-lit parking available.

The rooms and beds were clean and comfy. We had the whole hall to ourselves during the New Year's celebration with the kids. the pool was clean and the dinner was delicious.

The hot tub was too hot to get in. the shower design was poor with a shelf in an awkward spot and the shower head mounted too close to the wall.

My room was spotless and cozy with great water pressure in the shower. The outdoor space was lovely and conveniently located near many restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

The room and facility were initially clean upon arrival. the fact that there was a microwave and fridge in the room was convenient for storing and heating up food. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it was close to everything we needed.

The lack of room service/cleaning during our three-day stay was a major downside. We had to repeatedly ask for towels and the staff did not clean the room at all.
