Nice spacious rooms, but cleanliness could be better.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities were excellent, including a pool and hot tub with shallow areas for kids. The staff was friendly, polite, and professional, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options like scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see, including the Crystal Bridges museum and a department store. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with a well-furnished room and a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and had all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore and find delicious meals.

The location was convenient, with easy access from the highway and only minutes away from Crystal Bridges and downtown. The room was comfortable, with plenty of bed pillows and a comfortable bed. I appreciated the hand-sanitizing kiosks placed at strategic locations throughout the hotel, promoting health and safety. The breakfast, although running out of items by the time I arrived, was still good, and the staff was working hard to keep up with the food and cleaning tables. The hotel also had a kitchenette, a nice convenience, and a small store in the lobby for snacks and convenience meals. The shower was excellent, with plenty of towels available. The room had all the typical amenities, such as an iron, ironing board, single serve coffee, shampoo. and had plenty of lighting with several charging stations. The WiFi reception was good, and there was a decent sized TV. Finally, the hotel had an exercise room, hot tub, and swimming pool.

Despite the minor drawbacks of a slightly faulty coffee maker and a not-so-warm pool, I would still recommend this hotel.

The check, in process was quick and easy, and the room was really nice. the location of the hotel was great, making it easy to find. Also, the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying.

The TV remote in my room didn't work, so I couldn't change channels. Additionally, I was disappointed that the bar was closed on the weekend, as I was looking forward to playing pool there.

In addition, the hotel is conveniently located close to everything, making it easy to explore the area and visit local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
