Indoor pool was clean, but too cold to enjoy.

The elevator situation was a mess—one was completely out of service, and the other was hit or miss. The hallways reeked of mold, likely due to some recent water damage, which was especially bothersome for someone sensitive to those smells. Noise from adjacent rooms was a real issue. I could hear conversations clearly, making it tough to get any decent rest. Housekeeping didn't clean my son's room at all during our stay, even with special requests. Overall, quite a few things need attention here to make it worthwhile for a return.

i stayed here recently after a previous visit to buckhannon. this time, the stay exceeded my expectations, especially with the clean and spacious rooms. the breakfast was fantastic with a good variety, making my mornings even better during this weekend trip.

Look for rooms away from the main hallways for a quieter stay, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

The pool was awesome for the kiddos. the rooms were spacious and clean. We felt like we were home away from home!

The check-in process was efficient, with staff ready to hand over the keys late at night, which was a plus. Cleanliness issues arose, as my room had half-used toiletries, and there was a disturbing mildew smell in the bathroom. Despite the comfortable bed, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Staying here with my large family was nice. The spacious rooms made it easy to relax, and we enjoyed the clean, inviting pool area. My kids loved the breakfast selection, especially the variety of options available each morning.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities on-site.

The room was clean and spacious, which was a plus. My bed was super comfy, definitely one of the best I've slept on in a hotel. But the A/C was a bummer. it wasn't working for a few nights. I got a small compensation, but it doesn't make up for those sweaty nights. Also, I noticed housekeeping didn’t clean my son's room at all during our stay. Could've been way better!

So I was moved to the third room and it was decent you know not too bad, bed was okay at least. Staff was nice too they helped when I had to keep changing rooms and they were responsive enough.

It wasn’t cheap but I guess for what I got it was acceptable.

the fridge didn’t work (which was super annoying! ). but the room was spacious, clean, and quiet. the breakfast options were great (especially the muffins! ), and the staff was friendly and helpful. overall, a good experience!

No room phone or proper Wi-Fi, but the bed comfort and breakfast were top-notch!
