The staff were friendly and the included hot breakfast was pretty good. the room was spacious with a nice bathroom. the location was convenient, close to good restaurants, and had a view of a cool building. it was a great value and made for a pleasant experience.

The curtains in the room didn't close, making the view at night a bit eerie. the noise from the wall AC heater could be heard from another room, but it wasn't too bothersome.

The room was well-appointed with lots of plug points and USB outlets. the TV setup had both cable and streaming options, providing plenty of entertainment. Additionally, the staff was friendly and quick to assist, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and updated.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the cleanliness was not up to par, as the bathroom and toilet could have been better cleaned.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the friendly staff, modern design, and comfortable beds. The hotel offers a convenient food and drink area, along with a large TV with Netflix. It was the best hotel experience I've had in the Bay Area.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in downtown Oakland for a quick overnight trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had an awesome design. Nick at the front desk provided friendly and great customer service. The location was safe and convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I loved the spaciousness of the rooms, the comfortable bed, and the quick and easy check-in/out process. The hotel also had great amenities like a snack shop and a delicious breakfast included in our reservation. it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely book here again.

The hotel location is excellent, just next to the BART station and with easy access to San Francisco and the airports. The rooms are well kept and have great attention to detail. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, making you feel at home. The hot breakfast is delicious and offers great value for money. Additionally, the quality snacks available in the lobby are a nice touch.

There were no curtains to fully close at night.

This hotel has an ideal location for anyone traveling to San Francisco or the airport. It's close to the metro and BART station which makes it an easy commute. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a beautiful view. The staff was welcoming and offered excellent service. Breakfast was good with a selection of omelets and other breakfast items.

The valet parking was quite expensive.

I was on a business trip and stayed at the Hampton Inn for a short time. The hotel was brand new, clean, and in an excellent location. The staff was genuinely friendly and the blackout curtains were the best I've seen in a hotel. The room had lots of USB ports, a large TV, mini fridge, and microwave. The customer service was excellent and they even provided toothpaste when I forgot mine. The breakfast options were plentiful and the room was tastefully decorated. a very positive experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.
