Best aspects of my stay were the surprises in the breakfast options. the yogurt and egg/sausage muffin were delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the young man at the front desk was friendly and even remembered my previous order. It was a nice touch to receive personalized service.

Worst aspects of my stay were the early morning disturbances. First, I was woken up by housekeeping knocking on my door at 7 am, followed by a call from the front desk regarding a payment issue.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. The charging centers in the room were convenient and fast. Despite a minor issue with housekeeping not initially coming to my room, the manager addressed it and ensured I received the service. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. The hotel is updated with modern décor and amenities. Despite some issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Carbondale and had a fantastic experience. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was very close to everything Carbondale has to offer. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were great - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and adequately sized, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. Lastly, the breakfast provided was one of the best I've seen in years, with a wide variety of options and a relaxing atmosphere.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

Great stay in a lovely college town with amazing staff who welcomed us warmly. The hotel is located close to restaurants, but not noisy at all. Rooms were clean and spacious with a pull-out couch and option for a roll-away bed or even sleeping bag. Breakfast had vegan options and prepared smoothies with delicious toppings.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn. The location was convenient for our visit to SIU, with easy access to the highway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the recently remodeled hotel was in excellent condition. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the coffee was great. The staff was exceptional, providing warm and friendly service throughout our stay.

The breakfast was simply amazing - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in 5 years. It had a wide variety of delicious options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The staff serving breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything was stocked and ready to go. They truly took pride in their work and made the experience even more enjoyable.
