We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved that the hotel was located near downtown, right by the State Capital. It was also within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping places. The breakfast included a variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit. this was a wonderful hotel experience!

Despite that, the great design and cleanliness of the hotel made up for any small inconveniences. this is an excellent hotel to stay in if you're looking for a convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

Comfortable beds and convenient ironing board. Pleasantly surprised with two queen size beds instead of a king size and pull-out couch. Room was very clean and the location was great for walking to the Colonial Life Arena. Staff accommodated our request for a later check out and a room on the first floor for my husband with Parkinson's.

From the front desk to the breakfast area, everyone was always ready to assist with a smile. The basic amenities in the room were also great, with a comfortable bed and even a couch for added relaxation. Finally, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The selection was diverse, with good offerings including fresh fruit. I couldn't have asked for more.

The shower doors in the room did not secure properly, which was a bit frustrating. There was also no safe in the room, which was inconvenient compared to other hotels we stayed at during our road trip.
