The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. the rooms were also very clean and well, maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being close to the university, a grocery store, CVS, and fast food restaurants.

One area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which I found to be limited. the options in the hot tray were quite limited, and there could have been more variety in terms of hot and cold items.

The customer service was amazing, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk. They were friendly and asked if my stay was satisfactory. the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, some of the best I've ever stayed in. the continental breakfast had a wide variety of choices, which was a great start to my day. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the NIU Convocation Center, making it convenient for my activities. I also appreciated the nice lobby area, which was a great place to relax and meet up with friends.

The price of the hotel was a bit high for the area. However, I understand that it can vary depending on the time of year and what's happening in town.

Secondly, I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the clean and well-maintained rooms with mini fridge and microwave to the basic amenities that provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Close to everything in town - it was not far from the central business district and to a few stores. The location was perfect for me, especially being near my daughter's college. The staff was friendly and the front desk gal on May 28 was exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for handicap persons. The breakfast, starting at 6am, was wonderful and provided a good selection. The hotel was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. I also appreciated receiving complimentary bottles of water at check-in.

The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy space for a weekend getaway. the staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a decent selection of options to start the day off right.

There were a few aspects of the stay that were disappointing. the air conditioning system in the room was poorly positioned, blowing cold air directly towards the bed, making it difficult to adjust and maintain a comfortable temperature.

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast is delicious, with options like chicken sausage and smoothies. Guests can also enjoy the indoor heated pool and guest laundry facilities.

Stayed for four nights and enjoyed it. Loved the complementary breakfast and indoor heated pool, which were perfect for a small town. the price was fair considering it included toiletries, such as Neutrogena, and an iron service upon request. There was a supermarket within walking distance, which was convenient for families with small children. the rooms featured a small microwave oven and fridge, that allowed us to eat-in during the winter.

Although the hotel staff was friendly, there were some minor issues that need to be addressed. the room we booked had a handicap/disabled bathroom with a bench in the shower, however, upon arrival, there was no bench provided, and the front desk assured us they would get us one shortly.
