We had such an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and shops in no time. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the view from the rooftop was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sipping on wine at the rooftop bar while taking in the stunning views of the city and the Duomo. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options to start off our day. we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly, there's nothing negative to say about this hotel. The service, amenities, and location were all top-notch.

This hotel has a great location, close to all the major attractions in Florence. It's just a short walk to the Duomo, and there's even a bridge nearby that leads to the Pitti Palace. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, with comfortable beds. The breakfast spread is delicious and there are even two rooftop terraces with stunning views of the city.

The Wi-Fi can be unreliable at times, which can be frustrating when you have important online tasks to complete.

Had an incredible experience at this boutique hotel over Thanksgiving. The views from the rooftop terrace were breathtaking, and the breakfast spread was absolutely remarkable. the location of the hotel couldn't have been better - all the shops and museums were just a few blocks away. The fast and reliable Wi-Fi was a definite plus as well.

The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work as well as I would have liked, and the elevator was pretty slow. However, both of these were minor issues in comparison to the overall experience at the hotel.

Excellent location, attentive staff, beautiful room with comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Rooftop bars offer stunning panoramic views. Would highly recommend for a romantic getaway.
