Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and cleanliness. Great pool and hot tub, convenient shower in the pool area. Early check-in available, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds with extra outlets. Returning in two weeks.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for one night as a pitstop on my cross-state drive. It was a great decision since the highway closed due to a winter storm later that night. I had a great stay at Hampton Inn. I arrived early and was able to check in without any issues. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the extra outlets by the bed stand. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my need for an extended stay due to an unexpected medical emergency with my son, who is a CWU student. They were friendly and always willing to help, including the middle-of-the-night front desk staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway, making it easy to get around. They even recommended a local restaurant called "The Porch," which turned out to be fantastic. The steps they took in the room for cleanliness, like placing a plastic baggie on the TV remote, were a nice touch. The room itself was nice and dark at night, thanks to the good curtains. Lastly, the pillows were comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep.

The rooms were nice and clean, with a large shower that was also very nice. The pool and spa were adequate, and the workout room was very nice. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast spread with options for "grab and go". Parking was allowed right outside the entrance, providing better security for our motorcycles.

Despite the limited dining options, they were quick to recommend nearby restaurants. The early check-in allowed us ample time to get ready for a wedding, and I was impressed when the hotel contacted me to confirm they would send my forgotten dress. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. the hotel was conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to find. One advantage was that there were several new restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, providing plenty of dining options.

The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. the room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. the breakfast selection was decent and had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel also had a pool, which was a nice bonus for relaxation.

There were issues with my debit card being charged multiple times without any explanation. It felt like a lack of transparency and made me question the integrity of the hotel staff.
