The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I loved the classy reception area and interior decor. The staff, especially Diedre and Dalton, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the view of Lafayette Square from my window was stunning, and the room was nice and quiet, with no loud slamming doors in the hallways.

The downtown location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I really appreciated the option of valet parking or a nearby garage. The cafe in the hotel served excellent coffee and pastries, and the Lafayette brewery was a great spot for a drink and some pub food. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Buffalo.
