Clean and comfortable rooms.

During my recent stay, I encountered multiple issues that really soured my experience. The front desk staff, particularly the manager, were rude and unhelpful when there was confusion over my reservation and charges. In addition, I found a persistent pulsing sound in my room, which was impossible to locate and only added to my discomfort. It’s frustrating because I had higher expectations based on what I had read.

I loved how clean my room was, with fresh towels available daily. The breakfast options were a delightful surprise, featuring hearty meals like eggs and sausage. Plus, the indoor pool was perfect for a fun family time!

Had a braw stay here! The room was pure comfy, and I loved the big TV and pool table for a bit of fun. Only downside was the noisy laundry above my room, but overall, a cracking time with friendly staff. Will come back for sure!

However, there were some concerns, such as difficulty with the Wi-Fi and noise from nearby rooms that could be improved. It’s a solid choice for families needing spacious rooms and a complimentary breakfast.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our room was neat and stocked daily! They even surprised us with a goodie bag upon checkout, which was a lovely touch!

However, the breakfast options could use some improvement. we found ourselves wanting more variety. Plus, it would be great if the workout facilities were in better working order.

the room was decent size and really clean, i loved the comfy beds and the breakfast was pretty nice, they had eggs and bacon which was great. the staff was also super friendly which made us feel welcome. the hotel was in a good location close to a park so we could chill after the tournament.

Great indoor pool, cozy rooms, but wi-fi was spotty. Free parking was a plus.

It was just an ideal choice for a flash stay in Hobbs with outstanding value. The staff was really helpful, especially accommodating my needs when I called for extra towels shortly after checking in.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, and our King Suite was spacious enough for my large family and our pet dog. We loved being close to the Lea County Event Center, which was great for some family fun.

My kids wished for better soundproofing between rooms.

I really liked the King Suite I stayed in. Super comfy bed and the room felt cozy. Plus, I appreciated the fridge and microwave for my snacks. Breakfast was decent too, kind of what you expect. Pros are the variety of breakfast items and good room space! Just a quick walk to the CORE pool, which was a big hit for my family too.
