Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The motel was conveniently located and the room was exceptionally clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The shower had perfect water pressure and height. I loved that they provided all natural Dr. Watkins shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The Keurig machine with complimentary pods was a nice touch, and having a sink with a small refrigerator/freezer was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, along with an ironing board. The best part was the delicious breakfast that was included with the stay, which saved us a lot of money. I will definitely be staying here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been more pleased. the location was perfect - right off the highway exit and in a nice quiet area. It made it easy for me to explore the city and conveniently access everything I needed. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, equipped with two queen-size beds that were incredibly comfortable. this hotel offered great value for money and I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was easily visible from the highway. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. We loved the jacuzzi in our room, and it was convenient to have fast food restaurants and a gas station within walking distance. The hotel is also close to the historic downtown area, which has beautiful architecture and a variety of great restaurants. Moreover, the hot breakfast was fantastic, offering selections beyond just carbs. The staff even provided to-go bags for those in a rush. We can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel and its staff were. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Winchester. The room was clean and comfortable, and I got excellent value for my money. The location was convenient, especially being close to the Winchester Hospital. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Trish and Marin who went above and beyond to assist my family in a time of need.

The breakfast could be improved with better tasting eggs, bacon, and sausage.

I loved the friendly staff who greeted me warmly upon arrival. The hotel facilities, including the clean and well-maintained pool and hot tub, were impressive. The complimentary toiletries at the front desk were a lifesaver when I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the nozzles on the shampoo and conditioner were a thoughtful environmental touch. The hotel's location was easily accessible from the highway, making it convenient for my visit to this city for the Holly Jolly celebration and Winter Wonderland walking light display.

Got two complementary drinks and the location near the highway was handy since we were driving. The room was spacious and had a decent view.

The bathroom layout was weird, with the shower in an awkward position and no vent. The traffic noise was awful, especially at night.
