The staff once helped my elderly parents kindly. I like the handicap parking, luggage storage, fitness center, and flat-screen TV. They have an elevator, business center, express check-in/out, wheelchair access, and non-smoking rooms. I'm returning for New Year's.

Our recent city trip was made more pleasant by the hotel we stayed at. It was a very clean and secure hotel in an upscale part of town. We liked the fact that it was very well located, close enough to downtown to access all the lively attractions but far enough to avoid the noisy hustle. the staff was very friendly, and the hotel had a fresh and modern feel that was very inviting.

The only issue we had was with the noise from the room next door. A group of people, who were playing loud music and partying until late at night, had no consideration for other guests in the hotel.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering clean towels and complimentary refreshments when there was a miscommunication with housekeeping. The pool area is clean and well-equipped, providing a relaxing spot to unwind.
