From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm cookies and friendly smiles. The breakfast spread had loads of choices, including hot options and fresh fruit, making each morning delightful. I was particularly impressed with the quiet atmosphere. it felt like a peaceful retreat after a day out.

However, the air conditioning in my room wasn't consistent. it felt stuffy at night with the unit unexpectedly shutting off. I also noticed some noise from the hallway which could be a bit distracting when trying to rest. One of the pool door keypads was acting up, causing a minor hassle.

The smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking rooms was unpleasant!!! Inconsistent cleanliness in bathrooms left much to be desired, with dirty floors and areas that were overlooked. Noise from nearby rooms was disruptive. Maintenance could use a serious improvement!!!

The indoor pool was spacious, laid out just right for a post-drive relaxation session, and the hot tub was a welcome bonus. The breakfast area had a solid selection of hot and cold options, which made kicking off the day easier after a long night.

The air conditioning wasn’t very reliable. it turned off unexpectedly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm during the night. Some cleanliness issues cropped up, too, with the bathroom floor appearing gritty, which was a bummer after a long journey. I even noticed that the towels used to clean up water were pretty dirty after I tried to dry the floor. Not the worst, but definitely not top-notch.

A cheeky point—the beds could definitely be a touch softer, and having a freezer in the fridge would have been awesome for my cooler packs. Also, the card scanner was acting up, leading to a bit of a wait, but honestly, that didn't dim the overall experience.

hampton inn is in a great spot, close to restaurants and convenient to uw. the rooms are super clean, and the pet fee is reasonable at $25. one fun highlight was the raccoons in the dumpster! the hot tub and indoor pool were perfect for some relaxation.
