Great staff and comfy vibes

Loved the friendly staff and how they helped with my check-out extension and brought me a new key card. The pool area was chill, and the breakfast had tons of tasty options. Just wish the room had a better view and the check-in experience could've been smoother since my room wasn’t ready on time.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. the hotel was also clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the AC worked well and there was hot water in the morning. It was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable bed after a long day exploring the area.

There were a few negative aspects that I experienced during my stay. the beds were quite squeaky and the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. Despite some minor issues like the squeaky beds and thin walls, my overall experience was pleasant. The pool and surrounding areas were well kept, even though I didn't get a chance to swim. The staff, especially Kelly at the reservation desk, were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. I had a good experience at Hampton.

I was in Long Beach for a weekend getaway and stayed at Hampton Inn. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and the Veteran's Stadium, which was our main destination. The staff at the hotel were attentive and had exceptional customer service skills. The property itself was remarkably clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a nice pool and laundry facilities for longer stays. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of cleaning the room and the added touch of the sanitized door sticker made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay.
