clean and modern property, access to I-95, heart of nearby restaurants

Facilities in dire need of updating!!! The shower had water stains, carpets were grimy, and the furniture wasn't usable due to unsightly stains!!! Please consider better maintenance and refurbishment!!!

I recently spent a night at the Hampton Inn Manning and honestly felt like a king in my castle. The spacious room with a king bed was like a hug from a cloud after a long day on the road. I indulged in their delicious hot breakfast in the morning, which is like being handed a golden ticket to start the day right. I woke up refreshed, ready to conquer the day ahead, and it felt as if I was recharged after a power nap!

Could use better cleanliness.

The truth, what’s good and what’s not

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The location was excellent, close to numerous dining options like Chick Filet and McDonald's.

Sadly, the breakfast could use improvements. it felt a bit disorganized and lacked variety during busy hours. Additionally, the room had a noticeable odor that detracted from the overall experience.

I had a good overnight stay with a quick check-in and was greeted with free waters since I'm a member. They offered tea and cookies in the evening, which really hit the spot after a long day. Breakfast was decent as usual, with hot and cold options well stocked and fresh.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The King Room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. Loved the free toiletries and shower setup. The decor felt fresh and clean. Breakfast had some good choices and there’s a nice spot to chill. Definitely a solid place to relax!

We stayed here with our 5 kids and loved it! The kids enjoyed the clean pool, and I appreciated the easy check-in. Breakfast was pretty good, and I couldn't get enough of those warm cookies. Plus, we checked out Santee Cooper Lakes for some fishing fun nearby.

My wife says that the breakfast options could use more variety for picky eaters.
