I enjoyed the Deluxe King Room with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. The shower was nice, and having free toiletries was a plus. The fitness center is well-equipped. The indoor swimming pool was clean and inviting. Plus, breakfast had hot items like eggs and waffles, which added to my day.

i had extremely high hopes for this hotel but i was sadly disappointed. the toilet was an absolute mess, constantly clogging, which i didn’t expect from such a place! also, the pool was shockingly dirty after breakfast, and where was the staff to rectify this? i nearly left a glowing review, almost… but definitely could not!

The complimentary breakfast was a hit, offering a nice variety that kept us fueled for our adventures. The staff was consistently friendly, helping us feel at home throughout our stay.

However, the mattress was quite firm, making it less than ideal for a restful sleep. The TV and WiFi were also acting up, which could have been frustrating if we needed to work. On top of that, the pool wasn’t maintained well during our visit.

Additionally, I noticed the pool was not well-maintained after my first visit, with leftover debris and a lack of towels. Even basic amenities like toiletries and towels seemed to be in limited supply, which wasn't ideal for my experience.

Staff were lovely, and breakfast had a good variety. Unfortunately, the noise from the hall and outside was a real bother, making it hard to sleep.
