Our heater was playing hide and seek, blasting cold air like it was auditioning for a winter movie. Thankfully, they moved us to a new room, but I was half expecting it to be a snowman in disguise.

The king suite was comfy and clean, great for our family. Finding parking was a hassle, especially at night. Enjoyed renting bikes nearby for a fun ride. Could use better bathroom cleanliness overall.

the shower was absolutely disgusting, there was hair in the soap tray and cracked caulking with "black spots. " I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but I guess preferred treatment is too much to ask. Also, there was an unbearable mold smell in the fitness center. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I was blown away by the breathtaking views of Mobile Bay from my balcony! Every sunset felt magical as I relaxed with a drink during the complimentary sunset reception. The delicious breakfast had a fantastic variety, fueling my adventures each day!

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. The pool area was great for relaxing, and breakfast had some healthy options too! Plus, fabulous views of the bay at sunset.

Stayed on the 2nd floor and wow, the balcony view of the bay was stunning. Loved the breakfast spread—who knew waffles could get fancy? The guy cleaning the dining area was super chill and made it fun. Only thing was that the bathroom could've used a little more attention, but overall, a solid spot for a getaway.

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the friendly staff. One morning, I found the continental breakfast nice enough, though I wouldn't say it was great. I spent time exploring the area, which offered various attractions like golf courses. It felt like an adventure, giving me a slice of Americana that I value. I do wish pets weren't allowed as I encountered large dogs, which didn't sit well with me. I stayed from 2023-04-14.

The breakfast was exceptional, with the staff making each guest feel welcome and at home. I really appreciated the full-size soaps and lotions in the room, as they added a touch of luxury that’s rare in this category of hotel. On the downside, the air conditioning was initially unresponsive upon check-in, but the staff swiftly handled the situation, upgrading us to a stunning balcony room with beautiful views. Parking was also secure and conveniently located, making our experience overall enjoyable despite a couple of hiccups.
