Staying at the Hampton Inn New Bern was like being wrapped in a cozy blanket made of freshly laundered sheets! The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast spread could make a gourmet chef jealous. My kids devoured the waffles like they were made of pure gold, while I savored the hot coffee, which was always available — kind of like that reliable best friend who never lets you down!

Our room was comfy and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful! We appreciated the variety of breakfast items, even if we didn’t indulge. Plus, I had a cozy sofa bed for an afternoon nap—pure bliss!

However, I found a pesky lamp outlet that was playing hard to get! One minute you’re lounging, the next you’re in a 90s horror flick with the flickering lights!

I was truly looking forward to my stay at a so-called premium hotel! Instead, I found dusty conditions and filthy bathrooms. My group witnessed stains in tubs, yet no one even acknowledged our plight! A complimentary upgrade would have been nice after all that inconvenience, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Wow, the staff were right chommies! Check-in was super sharp-sharp and we scored those lekker cookies and milk on arrival. The brekkie was a proper spread—made my day, honestly!
