During our stay at this hotel, we were impressed by several aspects. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed and made us feel valued as guests. Secondly, the location of the hotel was convenient, just off the main highway and only a short drive from the downtown area. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the great restaurants it had to offer. Lastly, the breakfast provided each morning was a great start to the day. It was different each day, with a variety of hot items available, and the quality of the food was excellent.

We found that some aspects of the room could be improved upon, such as the dirty and stained chairs and the dirty grout in the bathroom. Additionally, the seal around the tub was peeling and the toilet didn't meet our expectations.

We were able to easily explore downtown New Bern and visit the Tryon Palace. The rooms were very clean, with a strong smell of cleanliness in the air. I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip and I was pleasantly surprised by its location. It is situated in an area that is easily accessible to all the local attractions. The staff was very accommodating and even arranged a joining room for my family on short notice. On top of that, the leisure facilities like the swimming pool and fitness centre were top-notch.
