The king room I stayed in at Hampton Inn was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The comfortable bed and amazing showerhead made for a truly enjoyable stay. I loved the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby as well as the warm cookies in the evening. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, even better than some restaurants I've paid for. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. The free parking and convenient location were a big plus.

The area where the hotel is located is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Canadian border and offers easy access to many attractions. It's a short walk to the falls, restaurants, and casinos. There is also free parking available on site. The rooms are clean, cozy and spacious. The bathroom is well equipped with sufficient toiletries. The staff is friendly and helpful with check-ins, and answers to queries about the tourist attractions.

The breakfast offered by the hotel is below average compared to other hotels. Although it's free, the quality of food is not satisfactory.

They quickly accommodated our needs and even helped us change our travel plans due to a winter storm. The hotel's proximity to all the major attractions, including the casino for gambling or concerts, restaurants, and the beautiful falls, was perfect. The breakfast provided was wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

This place had a great location! We were able to see the American Falls from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even had room service and dry cleaning available. The room was clean and had many amenities such as an armchair, safe, refrigerator and microwave. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities, as well as the free Wi-Fi.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Niagara Falls for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Falls and other attractions. It was also conveniently located near the Rainbow Bridge and Clifton Hill. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing great information about local attractions and the border crossing into Canada. They even accommodated my daughter's peanut allergy by checking the waffle mix for cross-contamination. The beds were comfortable, just as I expected from this hotel chain. a great experience.
