This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. I will always remember how the staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay. I'm coming back for Easter!

the lobby had lots of seating, yet it looked so shabby, it felt like I was at a thrift store. And don’t even get me started on the noisy mechanical systems disrupting my beauty sleep. I woudl ve been expecting some kind of complimentary gesture, but no such luck. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

absolutley dissapointed! the cleanliness was atrocious with hair on the towels and only received room service once in four days. also, the pillows were so flat it felt like sleeping on a pancake. it’s so shocking they didn’t offer any heartfelt apology or compensation for such disastrous service, i could've given a good review, but just couldn't.

I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location, allowing easy walks to nearby attractions. The staff was remarkable—they helped with transportation requests and made breakfast a pleasant experience!

However, my room had a noisy HVAC system, which was a bit distracting at night. It would be great if the hotel could consider soundproofing for a quieter experience.

Fantastic location and immaculate hotel! My room was lovely, and complimentary parking was a real treat. Check-in was a breeze, and I appreciated the early access to my room.

However, the toilet seemed to have a low water capacity—let’s just say I had a rather 'exciting' flush experience. A fridge would’ve been nice to keep my snacks cool, but I managed to survive!

the hampton inn was a great choice for our family trip! the location was perfect, just a short walk to pnc park and heinz field. the staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. my daughter absolutely loved the pool. the complimentary breakfast added a nice touch to start our day right!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was super nice, and we loved the free snacks available. Our room was spacious enough for our gear after our bike ride. The only thing was the breakfast area got kinda crowded in the morning. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Had an awesome time here! ! The morning coffee station was always full,, and I couldn’t get enough of it! The front desk was really helpful,, they even extended our checkout time when we asked. Gotta love that kind of service. They’re on it.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain,, but you get what you pay for.

Had a great time with friends visiting Kennywood Park and catching a game at the arena nearby. The location was cool, and the breakfast was simple but tasty. The staff was friendly, and I loved the complimentary snacks. Free parking was a bonus too! Perfect spot for a fun group trip!

Just a heads-up, we did have to wheel our own luggage up using a cart, which was a bit of a hassle, but it was manageable.

Had a lovely stay with a comfy room and enjoyed the free breakfast that had plenty of choices. The indoor pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day. The jacuzzi was great for relaxing! Just a heads up, the shower products were a bit hit or miss, so bring your own if you can! 😊
