The basic amenities were all there and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

Lobby lacked helpful directions to nearby attractions.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to provide us with soapy water and a sponge to clean our baby's bottles, which was a huge help. The hotel also had a convenient layout for the breakfast area, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the meal.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with guests being loud well into the night and starting early in the morning. The thin walls and slamming doors made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Always my pick. First time staff helped with tech, stood out. Suits perfectly, has Wi-Fi, car park, and welcome drink. Coming back for New Year. No smoking, air con, kids' play area, and spa are a plus.

The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was conveniently close to the train station and the Cultural District. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Another advantage was the delicious free breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start my day off right.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the bed was a little too soft for my liking, but I still managed to get a decent night's sleep during my two-night stay.

The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was good, and there was always coffee available at the front desk. our experience at Hampton Inn was excellent and we would definitely recommend it.

The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with wide hallways and easily reachable facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for senior guests.

I'd suggest adding more grab bars in the bathrooms for the safety of seniors.
