The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to Disney World Parks, Universal, Disney Springs, and Sea World. It was just a short 5-10 minute drive to the Disney parks, which made it very convenient. Another positive aspect was the friendly and professional staff. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a great free breakfast with a variety of options, including fruits, breads, juices, eggs.

One of the negative aspects was the limited availability and inconvenient schedule of the shuttle to Disney. This made it necessary for me to drive every day and pay for parking, which was not ideal.

We recently stayed at this Hampton Inn for a week during our visit to Walt Disney World. The hotel is beautifully renovated and impeccably clean. The customer service provided by the front desk staff, especially Erin and Katie, was exceptional. The housekeeping in our room was outstanding, and the breakfast service was top-notch. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room, but it was resolved immediately by the maintenance staff. The convenient location made it easy for us to visit the Disney parks and go shopping. The ride-sharing service was quick and efficient, even during rush hour. The only minor complaint we had was the cramped fitness room lacking a pull-up bar. Despite that, we had an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was professional and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The pool and spa were relaxing. The hotel was quiet and had free coffee/tea/Swiss Miss. The wifi and location were perfect. The breakfast was great.
