As older guests, we truly appreciated the early check-in option and the help in fixing our flat tire before a wedding. Lia Perez at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast both mornings was outstanding, with a plentiful and delicious selection. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were all kind and customer-focused. We felt welcome and well-taken care of throughout our stay.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, just off I-70 and close to several restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh white sheets and towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and there was plenty of coffee available. the facilities and room advantages were noticeable.

The Wi-Fi service was very poor and unreliable.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hampton Inn in Springfield. When my brakes suddenly failed on a road trip, they provided a discount and had clean, comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I had two restful nights of sleep. The coffee was exceptionally great. The staff was very nice and even offered to replace a lost room key. This hotel is conveniently located close to several restaurants, including fast food options, and a Wal-Mart for any last-minute essentials.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn Springfield. The breakfast selection was amazing, with sausage gravy and biscuits, fresh fruit, and a variety of juices to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

The value for money was great, we got a comfortable room at a good price. The location was convenient, just 15 minutes away from Cedarville University and there was a church across the street for Sunday morning. The staff at Hampton Inn were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady running the breakfast. We wish we had tried this hotel sooner because the breakfast and pool were much better than nearby hotels.
