I had a very pleasant stay at Hampton Inn Springfield-South. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff was professional and friendly. Tyler, the front desk staff, checked me in efficiently and patiently fulfilled my requests for a top-floor room away from the elevator. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the entire staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I had a great night at Hampton Inn Springfield-South!

We had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel! the room was impeccably clean, which made us feel very comfortable. the fact that our room was on the first floor was a great convenience, allowing us to easily come and go as we pleased. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. We loved that it was so quiet in the room, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambiance throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the advertised indoor pool turned out to be an outdoor one that was not in good condition.

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn for 6 nights during a basketball tournament. The hotel may be older, but it was well-maintained and everything was fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable, which made for a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon fresh popcorn and complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was typical hotel fare, but there were some standout days, like when they served beef and eggs, which was amazingly good. The variety of breakfast options changed daily, with bacon, sausage, and even premade omelets available. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of dining choices nearby as well as a Walmart and Target for convenience. I was pleased with my stay at Hampton Inn and would recommend it

One minor downside was the lack of attention to detail when it came to the coffee cups in the lobby. It would have been nice to have lids available for those wanting to take their coffee to-go.
