Great location with potential for improvement

The Palazzo Lakeside Hotel is conveniently situated near numerous attractions, making it an ideal spot for exploring the area. Our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, providing a pleasant place to rest after busy days. the hotel could greatly benefit from better maintenance and attentive staff.

The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. The grounds are beautiful with lovely views and a relaxing vibe.

Parking lot navigation is a bit of a maze.

the staff are super friendly and helpful. rooms have air conditioning, a private bathroom, and nice views. the pool is a good size, plus there's a heated pool. breakfast was ok, but it can take a while. the fitness center is a nice touch. the area by the lake is beautiful and relaxing.

The beds were super comfy, and I loved the lake view. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were really friendly. The pool area was nice too! I did have some trouble with the safe not working, and it took ages to get it sorted out.

Gorgeous ambiance and an amazing pool area, but the charm faded quickly. Our room wasn’t clean—found hairs on the sheets and mold in the bathroom. There was also a strange smell in the hallway that didn’t feel family-friendly. A mix-up with room keys startled us late at night. Minimal towels and poor housekeeping left much to be desired. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed overwhelmed. Some areas had fresh decor, yet inconsistencies in room conditions made it a gamble. Great location, but quality control needs serious improvement.

The atmosphere was welcoming and bright, perfect for kids. I appreciated the playground area where my children could play safely while I enjoyed my coffee.

Clean rooms, and a location close to attractions hold promise. the front desk staff were rude and dismissive. The room wasn’t clean, plates left behind. I needed towels; they were thrown at me. Breakfast had potential but fell short. My family enjoyed it earlier, yet I found cold options and minimal leftovers by 9:15. Facilities need attention—the property feels run down. Inconvenient layout and limited elevators detracted from the experience. With improvement in service and facility upkeep, it could be a viable option. Right now, I have reservations.

I loved lounging by the beautiful outdoor pool with stunning views! The breakfast was a delicious surprise, especially the waffle bar. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay!
