We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vacation Club! The facility was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a full jacuzzi tub and a nice living suite. The fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, and fridge freezer was a pleasant surprise, especially with little kids. The ongoing pool renovation looked promising and added to the excitement.

This hotel was an amazing value for what we paid. The location was perfect, with tons of great restaurants and activities nearby in the hills. We especially loved the room with a kitchen and 2 full size beds for us and our older children. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

The lazy river was so much fun! Although chairs were limited, I loved the covered space by the river. The kids were entertained all day, and the adults enjoyed the pool, slides, and hot tub. I had a great experience at Hyatt Residence Club.

One major downside of our stay was the rude assistant manager, Margaret Heinen, who refused to assist us with a wristband issue. She was extremely unhelpful and provided poor customer service.

The staff was extremely generous and prompt to satisfy our needs. They even took care of us during the scary tornado hours and provided us with an umbrella at the end. We were impressed with how quickly they replaced the remote with one that operated properly. we got exactly what we paid for and more!
