This hotel was an amazing value for what we paid. The location was perfect, with tons of great restaurants and activities nearby in the hills. We especially loved the room with a kitchen and 2 full size beds for us and our older children. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

The property was absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed the fire pits in the evenings. The landscaping was beautiful and added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of fun activities for kids including water slides and a lazy river, which our family loved. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

One major downside of our stay was the rude assistant manager, Margaret Heinen, who refused to assist us with a wristband issue. She was extremely unhelpful and provided poor customer service.

The room was spacious, peaceful, and conveniently located near the pool. The resort had a wonderful lazy river and sandy area that the kids enjoyed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Families with children would find plenty of activities to keep them entertained.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was awesome, with stores and restaurants nearby. We loved seeing the wild animals roaming around, it really made us feel like we were in nature. The hotel itself felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could ask for. The room had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and even a balcony where we could relax. The staff was extremely generous and prompt to satisfy our needs. They even took care of us during the scary tornado hours and provided us with an umbrella at the end. We were impressed with how quickly they replaced the remote with one that operated properly. we got exactly what we paid for and more!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Residence Club in San Antonio for a few days. The staff was exceptional, and they even had a fun Halloween decorating contest going on in the lobby. The pool was perfect for my grandbaby, with a beach-like entrance and a beach area at the lazy river. The large property was great for walks. The room was clean, comfortable, and well laid out, with plush bedding and ample storage space.

The grounds were well-maintained and the pools were great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. we had a wonderful stay and would visit again.

We absolutely got great value for our money at Hyatt Vacation Club. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with a beautiful golf course view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff treated us like VIPs, making sure all our needs were met and even providing an umbrella during a tornado scare.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful and clean, with a great view of the city and fireworks. The concierge staff was helpful and provided recommendations for places to visit and restaurants.

The resort didn't have many activities, and the mini-golf was smaller than expected. We also had a problem with the automatic gratuity charge at the restaurant, as we didn't see it and added a second gratuity to the bill.
