I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Austin! The staff exceeded my expectations, especially the daytime team. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, even during a difficult time for me. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and punctual, and the hotel itself was clean and professional. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I fly out of Austin!

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe by adding more variety to the options available.

One major drawback of my stay at the hotel was the noise level. the lack of soundproofing was quite evident, especially considering the hotel's proximity to the airport.

We had a great time at the Hampton Inn & Suites! The breakfast had a good variety of options including fresh fruit, oatmeal, biscuits, eggs and sausage patties, waffles. It was hot and tasty. The hotel's location was convenient for us as we had a one-night layover in Austin. It was close to the highway and there were several restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us. They even offered to show us the way to Walmart when our GPS stopped working. a great experience for people like us who enjoy karaoke and casinos!
