Clean room and comfortable bed, which made for a pleasant stay. Convenient location, especially for those attending Navy boot camp graduation as it is only 10 minutes away from RTC. Appreciated the good selection of breakfast choices and the early serving time of 6am, which allowed us to attend the ceremony without rushing.

The water in the shower would not get hot, which was unacceptable as we stayed for 4 nights. Advised the front desk about the issue and they acknowledged that others had complained as well, but no solution was provided.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently close to Six Flags Great America and there were plenty of great restaurant options in the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. They provided us with recommendations for places to eat and were quick to assist us with any extra towels or amenities we needed for our room.

One downside of our stay was the confusion we experienced during check-in. the front desk appeared unorganized, but they were pleasant and tried their best to accommodate us.
