The hotel was very clean throughout and had a great location close to all the sights we had planned to see in San Antonio. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered ample selections to start the day off right.

The highlight for me was the beautiful pool area with a waterfall and a cozy fireplace in the evening. It was the perfect spot to relax. The staff were exceptional, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. I want to give a special shoutout to Nickie, who went above and beyond to make me feel like family. The level of service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

We recently had a great family stay at a well-located hotel along I-10. It was perfect for our visits to nearby attractions in San Antonio and Fredricksburg Wildseed Farm. The room was spotless with a very comfortable king-size bed, spacious bathroom, and great shower. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of hot and cold options. We also appreciated the cookies and coffee available in the lobby. The friendly service provided by the staff made our experience even better.

There were some chemical odors in the lobby and elevators that were a bit overpowering at times.

The hotel was under construction, which affected the entrance and caused noise. the road leading to the property was also under construction, which made it deterring to find the location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and my kids absolutely loved the pool. The hotel is conveniently located just off of I10 on the frontage road, making it easily accessible. We also enjoyed the delicious, fluffy eggs served at breakfast. The staff, especially Vanessa at the front desk, were super nice, friendly, and helpful. They even gave us extra points because the AC in our room wasn't working properly. the cleanliness, pool, breakfast, and staff were the best aspects of this hotel.
