The location was perfect for us, with easy access to shopping and the underground station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. we had a great stay as young families.

We had a great time staying at this place. Its location in between 2 stops on the metro line made it very convenient to explore the city. The metro station is just 150 m away from here. We found the hotel situated in a convenient area where there were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. We appreciated the terrace with garden furniture where we could sit and relax in the evenings.

The staff, especially Sally, who took care of us at breakfast, was unfailingly cheerful and attentive. The hotel's location near Porta Venezia is convenient for traveling to Milano Centrale and makes it easy to get around with luggage and children. The breakfast was amazing and the perfect way to start the day.

I recently stayed at the Starhotels in Milan for a two-night trip. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The high-speed internet was a bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The hotel itself was well-maintained and beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. The porters were always ready to assist and offer valuable information. everything about our stay was great - the staff, the food, the room - it was all fantastic!

Great central location with creature comforts and wallet-friendly prices. The hotel is just 60 meters from a main road filled with shops, and it's close to the metro. I was able to walk to the Milan Cathedral in just 30 minutes. The hotel also offers a convenient and affordable transportation option to the airport, with fast trains departing from Milan Centrale every half hour. The breakfast spread was nice as well.

I did have some issues with the room. Initially, I was given a room without a balcony even though I had paid for one.

The hotel offered a daily room cleaning service, which was much appreciated during my busy business trip. the hotel's location was conveniently close to the main street, making it easy to access transportation options such as scooters or bikes. the hotel's garage was not up to par. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the high parking fee of 27€ per night was quite steep.

There was construction noise from across the street which caused some early wake-ups. However, the hotel was accommodating and moved us to a quieter room upon request.

We had a wonderful experience during our New Year stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It was very convenient for exploring all the main attractions and there were plenty of good shops and restaurants nearby. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we felt very comfortable.

There were a couple of things that were a bit disappointing. the wifi had some limitations and could have been better.
