The motel was also close to bus stops, making it easy for us to explore downtown and take stunning pictures. We enjoyed the delicious and nutritious breakfast offered at the motel. The presence of a TV and microwave in our room added to our convenience. Plus, the motel's proximity to the bus going to Chicago or Madison was a huge plus. The town itself was charming, with historic buildings and a must-visit Chinese restaurant called 'Cozy Inn'. Lastly, the ability to walk to ALDI supermarket and buy inexpensive items for the microwave was a great advantage for us.

We had a pleasant stay at Microtel. The staff was friendly and apologetic when we found a bedbug in the room. They didn't charge us for our brief stay and handled the situation well. The hotel was affordable and conveniently located next to Fudruckers, which we enjoyed trying. The room was clean and provided a comfortable night's rest. Breakfast was good, similar to the continental breakfast we had at another hotel. We had no issues with using the internet during our stay.
