Great stay for wedding

We had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn! The front desk staff, Antonio and Maggie, provided exceptional customer service. Despite some difficult guests, Maggie remained professional and ensured we had a warm welcome. Antonio went above and beyond by providing us with toothbrushes and delicious snacks. Our room was fantastic - clean and comfortable with friendly housekeeping. The breakfast was also outstanding, especially the chocolate waffles. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the Chicago area. a fantastic experience.

We loved the spacious room and comfortable beds - like sleeping on a cloud! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants. We were also able to request an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. a great experience for us party people!

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a very convenient location, being close to restaurants and shops, and right in the center of the Randhurst Shopping area. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfy beds and great service. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The gym, pool, and business center were excellent.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated in the middle of a vibrant open-air mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants to explore.

As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the excellent value for money, convenient location, and clean facilities. The large room with comfortable bed and well-appointed amenities made our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the convenient access to room service and snacks. The hotel also offered a large pool, business area, and workout room, providing plenty of options for relaxation and fitness.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the large and well-appointed room. the spaciousness was perfect for relaxation, with a comfortable bed and ample work space. Another great aspect was the excellent shower head in the large bathroom. Additionally, the hotel's location in a mall provided a dark and quiet atmosphere at night, allowing for a peaceful rest.

One downside was the window shades, which did not block out the light effectively. However, the presence of white curtains helped minimize the issue.

The location of the hotel was perfect and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good variety with quality items. The beds and rooms were clean, and the furniture was of good quality. The lobby was cozy with comfortable seating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with two queen beds that provided a good night's sleep. The wide desk doubled up as a convenient table, and the air conditioning was responsive. The bathroom amenities were top-notch, and the cable TV had a great selection of channels. The front desk staff was incredibly courteous, and they even accommodated our request for an early check-in so we could attend an all-day event. We also loved the hotel's convenient location, close to stores, restaurants, and the concert venue we were going to.

Breakfast offered oatmeal with lots of topping choices. Rooms are spacious and clean, with ample space for suitcases. Bathroom has plenty of counter and shelf space. Bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Front desk staff, Jacob, was friendly and helpful. They also offered to ship back a forgotten item at a reasonable cost.
