shower left a lot to be desired as the water was only lukewarm each time. The breakfast was decent and always well stocked, but the overall atmosphere felt a bit dated. Not the worst stay, but some improvements would really enhance the experience.

The suite was spacious enough to accommodate our rowdy group of students with ample room to spread out, and the location made it easy to access downtown with minimal hassle. No complaints about cleanliness. it passed my barefoot test!

The shower was a bit of a drama queen, it had me feeling like I was in a circus act just trying to rinse off! Also, let’s just say the bugs were a tad too friendly for my liking.

Indoor pool was nice but Wi-Fi was spotty. Clean room and friendly staff.

Braw stay! The room was pure spacious with a clever layout, giving a bit o' privacy. Loved the free breakfast—above average with plenty options. The only downside was the pool area felt a wee bit cramped on busy days. Definitely recommend!

It was a great start to our busy days exploring Chicago!

Poor housekeeping.

I enjoyed my stay, but the breakfast area was cramped, and the food options were not appealing. One day, I noticed there was no housekeeping service. I found an empty water bottle on the floor upon checking in, raising doubts about the cleanliness. I slept poorly due to the noisy window unit. The location was along a busy street with constant traffic interruptions. It was hard to relax after a long day exploring. I am used to better accommodations as I travel often for art-related purposes.

I enjoyed my time at this property. The staff was kind and made me feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast had some hot food options that were filling. I had an issue with both rooms I initially went into, as they were not well serviced. However, my final room was clean, and I appreciated the space it offered. It reminded me of my travels in Italy, where relaxation is key.

The pool area was pleasant but lacks a hottub. Keycard issues were frustrating at times.
