This hotel provides great value for money, especially with its nice rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very nice and supportive, and they even offer a shuttle bus service to downtown Elmhurst, which is a major bonus. The location of the hotel in a quiet neighborhood is perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago. Plus, the self-serve shop is a convenient amenity that adds to the overall positive experience.

During my recent stay at Springhill Suites, I was thrilled with the hotel's fantastic location. It was conveniently situated near all the attractions we wanted to visit in Chicago. The ease of access to the city made our trip even more enjoyable. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The menu for breakfast could use improvement, especially the watery eggs and uncooked sausage.

The fitness center may need improvement.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Maywood area. The location was perfect for us as it was situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Chicago. We were able to easily access the city, despite the unpredictable traffic, within 40-50 minutes. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. One highlight was the room with a view of Chicago's skyline that we were allocated during check-in. It was truly breathtaking and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent. There was a wide selection of options, including healthier choices like spinach and cheese, as well as the traditional breakfast items. It was a great way to start each day of our stay.

I loved the spacious suite with a sitting area, kitchenette, and dining table. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel provided plenty of parking spaces and it was free of charge. Besides having coffee and tea in the room, there was a coffee/tea station in the lobby. They also offered apples throughout the day. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with hot choices like scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. They also had fruits and yogurt available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Another positive was the location, as it was near family and events, with a restaurant just across the street that served a good breakfast at reasonable prices.
