The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The TV in the room was a nice size and had a wide variety of channels to choose from. Additionally, the powerful whirlpool tub was a perfect relaxation spot for my husband and me.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was very clean and the hotel had great facilities. The breakfast bar had a variety of options and there was hot coffee available 24/7. The staff provided wonderful customer service and were very helpful. The location was perfect, close to restaurants for dinner, in a quiet area, and conveniently close to Cleveland without the high prices.

As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided a discounted rate for Cleveland Clinic transplant patients. The breakfast bar had a variety of delicious choices, and there was always hot coffee available 24/7. The customer service from all the staff members was truly exceptional.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient, and there was easy transportation access. The location was perfect, as it was out of town but still close to plenty of food options in the area. In the evening, there were fun events to enjoy. The breakfast provided exceeded my expectations, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and made my stay even better. it was a great value for the price.

The best aspects of my Christmas stay were the cozy common area with a fireplace and comfortable seating. the hotel offered coffee and tea all day, which was a nice touch. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the freeway.

The worst aspects of my stay were the odd room layout and the uncomfortable bed. the rooms were spacious, but on rainy days they felt dark even with all the lights on.

The hotel was very nicely done with ample seating and was just minutes away from most of Cleveland's highlights. Additionally, it was near the highway, making it convenient for travel. The service and staff were excellent, and the rooms were very clean, which is most important when I look for a room, especially after a 12 hour drive. The breakfast had a wide appealing variety and was more than your average free breakfast.
