Reasonable rates and spacious suites with comfortable beds. the hotel is located right on the main downtown street, close to shops, museums, and restaurants.

The front desk staff seemed uninformed about reservations and the hotel suffers from having only one elevator, causing long waits. the hallways are in need of an upgrade, and the room carpets were dirty.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Fredericksburg. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure our happiness. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The pool and cabana area were a wonderful place to relax, and the outside fire pit with comfortable seating added to the ambiance. The hotel's attention to detail was fantastic, and I appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The decor was clean and well-decorated, and the breakfast was really good too. The service at the front desk was amazing and added to our overall positive experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants in the heart of town. We loved being able to explore the area and try different food places easily. Additionally, the common area in the afternoon was a great spot to relax and unwind.

The lack of parking in the main shopping and dining area. It would have been more convenient if there were more parking options available.

The free breakfast was a great start to our day and we appreciated the complimentary parking. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. the outdoor seating area was a nice bonus and we enjoyed spending time there with a drink in hand.

The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable, causing a restless night's sleep. We also noticed some noise from the floor above us, which was a bit disturbing.
