Noise disturbances from rowdy guests were unbearable, especially late at night!!! Repair issues like broken barn doors should be addressed immediately!!! Poor temperature control was frustrating!!! Also, the indoor pool had excessively high chlorine levels!!!

The hotel offered a comfortable stay with clean rooms and an excellent breakfast variety. However, noise from other guests was disruptive, and issues with limited staff made resolution of concerns harder. Great for families visiting Hersheypark, but a few improvements in guest management would enhance the experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants for easy carry-out options, making dining with kids a breeze. There are also fun attractions nearby that cater to families, such as the AACA Museum, which adds to the convenient family-friendly atmosphere. The spaciousness in the rooms ensures we had plenty of space to relax together after a busy day.

The temperature control left much to be desired!!! I found noise disturbances from hallways quite disruptive!!! Cleanliness could use more attention, especially with dirty door knobs and remotes!!! No shuttle service to the park is a major inconvenience!!!
