The hotel has a good layout with spacious rooms, a separate toilet area, and a nice gym with ample equipment. While we enjoyed the friendly staff and the breakfast was restocked regularly, the eggs were watery and the sausage was not appetizing. It’s a great option for families due to its size and free breakfast, but noise insulation could be improved.

During my stay, I encountered several challenges. The breakfast options were lacking in flavor and variety. it left much to be desired. Additionally, the parking fee of $26 per day seemed excessive for the type of lot provided. I also felt uneasy when I noticed a questionable individual roaming our floor, which made my group anxious despite the staff's friendliness.

This was a proper fit for a city holiday in San Diego with attractive and competitive value for money. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which helped after long days exploring. Try to get to breakfast early to avoid the chaos, especially if you're traveling with a family.

Highway noise is unbearable!!! The internet charge for members is ridiculous!!! The layout could use a redesign. hearing neighbors is a big downside!!! Parking fees feel like a cash grab!!!

Our stay in the spacious King Studio was amazing! The heated outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax with my family after a day of adventures. Plus, the complimentary breakfast had delicious options that kept us fueled for our outings!

we had a great time at springhill suites! the breakfast was clean and delicious, and the location was perfect for our trip to the zoo and balboa park. the pool was definitely the highlight for our family. the staff was also super helpful!

The pool was amazing, super clean and had plenty of shade — a perfect spot to chill after a busy day. I loved the cozy living room setup in our room that really made it feel like home and felt refreshed after enjoying some time on the sun loungers. Only downside was that breakfast could’ve had a bit more variety, but overall it was a great stay! ☀️

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the clean king studio. The staff were super friendly and helped us get a first-floor room. Their outdoor picnic area was cool for relaxing. Only bummer was the breakfast could’ve had more options and a bit more flavor. Overall, it was a nice spot for a chill getaway.
