As young people, we loved the exceptional customer service and true southern hospitality. The staff genuinely cared about our comfort and were welcoming from beginning to end. The great location near an excellent Mexican restaurant was a bonus. The hotel had a nice size refrigerator, microwave, and small coffee maker in the room.

The staff is friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast is a standout feature, with a wide array of choices and an attendant working hard to keep everything fresh and stocked.

The fitness center could use a bit of an update to the equipment, but it is still functional and accessible.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff at the check-in desk and breakfast room were exceptional. The breakfast lady went above and beyond to help my daughter with assembling gift bags for out-of-town wedding guests, even offering her a cart to transport them. The central location near the freeway and various stores and restaurants was very convenient. Despite some slight discomfort with the mattress and pillows, our overall experience was great and we look forward to staying here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Additionally, the staff here is attentive and provides excellent service. They really pay attention to the details and ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are in great condition, and I especially loved the whirlpool in the bathroom.

Recently, I visited SW Mississippi and had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the mall and several dining options. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a variety of options available. The air conditioning system was top-notch and provided a comfortable atmosphere during my stay. the staff was welcoming and helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions.

The TV in the room was smaller than expected, making it difficult to watch from the bed. The walls may need repainting as the paint was peeling in certain areas.

The staff at this hotel are amazing - they were caring, friendly, and incredibly helpful during my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, even when I arrived late. The service was truly top-notch.

I did have one poor experience during my stay. One staff member in the breakfast area was quite rude when I asked for help with the touchless juice machine.
