The location was ideal - close to tourist hot spots and within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. The hotel was stunning inside and out, with all the amenities we needed in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pet-friendly accommodations were a lovely touch. The fresh water stations on every floor were convenient.

The free guest laundry and guest request stations were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had nice touches like complimentary snacks, wine, and an umbrella.

It was also very central, with Leicester square and Soho just 5 minutes away. The staff at the hotel were lovely and welcoming. Additionally, I loved the convenience of having a kitchenette in my room and the chilled filter water available in the lobby. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, sightseeing tours, and even the Philippine Embassy. Lastly, the staff, particularly Mr. Salman at the reception, provided exceptional customer service and made my stay even more enjoyable.
