I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn! The suite was like a cozy apartment, with separate TVs in the living room and bedroom. The lobby was comfy and inviting. The staff, especially George, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even allowing early check-in when my wife was feeling ill. The hotel was clean and the rooms were even better than the pictures. They even returned my forgotten glasses promptly via FedEx. The location was perfect and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful, plus they had delicious cookies, doughnuts, and beverages available. I also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and the designated pet areas with treats.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more exciting choices, although it was free. Also, it would have been better if there was a separate floor for guests with pets to avoid any noise disturbance for those without pets.

We absolutely loved this place! It felt like a small apartment with all the conveniences we needed. The location on the parkway made it easy to get around to different attractions and shopping. The service was excellent, we had room service, laundry and all our room amenities were perfect. We especially enjoyed the mini-bar, armchair and dining breakfast, everything was just so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they always made us feel welcome and the leisure facilities were fantastic. We loved the swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.
