The sofa in the room was extremely uncomfortable. It was too low and lacked support, making it unsuitable for adults.

We loved the modern design and clean facilities. The huge flat-screen TVs and great view from our window were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, close to area restaurants and right next to the mall. The staff was excellent, accommodating our pet and providing exceptional customer service.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel, Courtyard, for my trip to visit family in Charlotte. The location was perfect, just off the exit, making it easy to find. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and a mall close by. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, which was a plus.

Ms. Rhonda B. was incredibly professional and made sure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. I have never had such exceptional service at a hotel before. This hotel is truly the best in Charlotte.
