The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which made for a pleasant stay. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a mall, adding convenience to our trip. Moreover, the breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options, including waffles, eggs, and sausage.

The sofa in the room was extremely uncomfortable. It was too low and lacked support, making it unsuitable for adults.

We loved the modern design and clean facilities. The huge flat-screen TVs and great view from our window were a nice touch. The hotel's location was perfect, close to area restaurants and right next to the mall. The staff was excellent, accommodating our pet and providing exceptional customer service.

Ms. Rhonda B. was incredibly professional and made sure that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. I have never had such exceptional service at a hotel before. This hotel is truly the best in Charlotte.

The staff at Courtyard were exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable employees, particularly Makayla/Michayla and the helpful manager.
