The front door was dirty upon arrival and they ran out of food during dinner. On the other hand, the room was spacious and reasonably priced, the breakfast was great with lots of options, and the staff was very helpful.

The room was spotless and spacious. The indoor pool and gym were great. The staff was accommodating and kind, especially when we had a problem with our room key.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They took the time to make us feel comfortable and provided maps and recommendations for the area. The night staff was particularly great, making us feel at home and even offering hot cookies as a snack. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including real pressed juice. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the availability of electric vehicle chargers, which is a great feature for environmentally conscious guests.

The hotel lacked signage for the electric vehicle chargers, resulting in non-EV cars parking in those spots. However, the management responded promptly and assured that signage would be installed to prevent this issue in the future.

The spacious and clean double queen bed room at Hampton Inn was perfect for our family of five. The staff showed wonderful hospitality from check-in to check-out. The breakfast area had a great selection. Best hotel on our road trip! I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service, which makes it difficult for some guests to reach the hotel from the airport.
