As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the prime location on Via Toledo, close to all the attractions in Naples. The modern and comfortable rooms had great amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities. The large bathroom with a spacious shower and provided toiletries was a plus. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast spread in the large restaurant was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a splendid and tasteful renovation, making our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We arrived at midnight, tired and lost in the city center. Thankfully, Francesco, the amazing guy from Relais Della Porta, came to our rescue. Not only did he find us and comfort us, but he also gave us the best room in the hotel and some much-needed food and wine. The room was like a palace with its beautiful painted ceiling. We enjoyed a delicious and nutritious breakfast, and my wife was able to have a productive work call in the peaceful tea room. we highly recommend Relais Della Porta for a fantastic stay in Naples.

Waking up to these works of art will be a memory I cherish forever. the staff on reception went above and beyond, showing a genuine interest in our stay and taking great care of my son. the hotel also provided excellent transportation from the airport. the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming and helpful. I also loved the unique character of this historic hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, and the staff went above and beyond to help and suggest places to visit.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there was a wider variety of bread available.

Had a great Christmas vacation! the hotel offered two complementary treats that we really enjoyed. It's also in a great location, walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. the rooms were clean and spacious with a beautiful decor.

Our room had a continuous noise that sounded like an A/C. the breakfast ran out of bread before the end of breakfast hours.
